What Is The Process?
This is the general process I will take you through to start with your first land acquisition. It will be customized according to your experience level and needs.
Week 1 and 2 - Review Education Program & learn tools.
Week 3 through 5 - Deep dive into property search and acquisition.
Week 6 and 7 - Review opportunities and close.
Week 8 - List property for sale.
Week 9 and 10 - Establish business practices.
Week 11 through 24 - Continue weekly meetings for acquisitions & set up business for growth.
