How this works is simple:

2. Submit your deal on this form.
3. We will vet your deal to see if there's any obvious issues. (Not guaranteed to find everything).
4. If the deal looks good, we will send it to our list of investors.
5. Interested investors will be connected with you to fund the deal.
What Is the Cost?
The cost of funding will vary depending on your experience, the risk of the deal, the investor, and multiple other factors. It is up to you and the investor to negotiate your splits. STE will simply charge 5% of net profit after closing.
